Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

For 1:

1/2 frozen Mango

1 cup Oat milk

1 teaspoon maca powder

Chia seeds (previously soaked)

2 Ice cubes

Method:

Blend all ingredients for around a minute / a minute and a half and enjoy!

If the mango is super hard from the freezer, blend first with the oat milk before adding the remaining ingredients.
