Matcha chia seed pudding ☽

A delicious introduction into how to use Matcha creatively for all sorts of recipes!

Chia seed pudding

What you’ll need

2 tablespoons of Chia seeds

Almond milk / any plant based milk

Honey / coconut sugar

Matcha from Matchaeologist or Wellness lab

Fresh strawberries


 Boil some water. Add 1 teaspoon of matcha into a bowl / cup and mix thoroughly using a wooden whisk or frother. 

Pour almond milk into a jar or glass ensuring there are no almond bits floating around! Mix in matcha and froth.

Add in chia seeds and mix well.

  Pour in the honey

Leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour, ensuring you mix well beforehand. 

Top with coconut shaving and dark chocolate / fruit of your choice. I’ve topped these up with seasonal strawberries!
